La Lievita

La lievita, is born from the love for one of the cornerstones of the Italian tradition (pizza) and the exclusive craftsmanship of our products.

Our dough undergoes a long process of leavening and maturation of at least 48 hours to guarantee its unique flavor and high digestibility.

Our appetizers, however, are prepared daily according to ancient traditional recipes.
